Last week I can not thank them more than enough for the help and support they given me during the time my mom was having medical issues when we were there to pick out flowers.     My first experience with TG designs. Delivery was timely. The photo my granddaughter sent closely resembled what I ordered (not always my experience when trying out a new florist). Pleased overall and will consider using TG again for flowers in the Hagerstown, MD area.

    I can’t say enough good things about this florist. There was a mix up at the funeral home and apparently my arrangement was misplaced by them. Needless to say I was upset but after talking to Todd and realizing the mistake was with the funeral home Todd offered to make another arrangement and deliver it in time for Nanny’s funeral which was in less than 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely thankful. What had started as a really bad and frustrating experience which was no fault of TG Design Todd and his employees made it a much more pleasant experience. Will definitely be back!
